1. Start Your Morning with Awareness

A brief mindful check-in establishes a balanced day.


2. Keep a Simple Journal

Ditch the fancy digital trackers and carry around a journal with you to track how you are feeling and generating energy throughout the day.
With time, you will realize what patters are unique to you which will help you feel more in harmony with your life and also get inner peace.


3. Create a Quiet Ritual

How many of us sit at the edge of sleep every night, frantically trying to takes sides and work out exceptions in order to carry them into practice the next day instead of running like lemmings off a cliff from our beds daily?(p. 8)

Appeal: Spend five minutes — fifteen if you have it; but no more than five to ten, really on some calming activity (meditation, a warm bath, gentle walk) each day.
These times help in reducing stress and they give you chance to again come back to self avoiding all the distraction.
