At EveCycle, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


Return Policy

  • Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.


Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • How It Works: Please contact our support team to begin the exchange process. We will provide a prepaid return label for qualifying items and ship the replacement once the original product is received.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@evecycle.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely place the product in its original packaging.

  3. Send It Back: Use the provided return label (if applicable) or choose your preferred shipping method.

  4. Refund or Replacement: After inspection, we will issue your refund or dispatch a replacement.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

  • EveCycle Responsibility: If the return is due to our reasons—such as the item being damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or defective—the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.

  • Shipping Fee Refunds: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
