At EveCycle, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
Return Policy
Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How It Works: Please contact our support team to begin the exchange process. We will provide a prepaid return label for qualifying items and ship the replacement once the original product is received.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email support@evecycle.com to request a return or exchange.
Pack Your Item: Securely place the product in its original packaging.
Send It Back: Use the provided return label (if applicable) or choose your preferred shipping method.
Refund or Replacement: After inspection, we will issue your refund or dispatch a replacement.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
EveCycle Responsibility: If the return is due to our reasons—such as the item being damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or defective—the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Shipping Fee Refunds: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
